Cleveland Botanical Garden Unveils its Holiday Show, "Frost"

Sat 11/22-Sun 1/4/26 Each year, the Cleveland Botanical Garden transforms itself into a space of holiday magic. Two years ago, it freshened up its holiday look when it presented the first edition of Frost: An Ice-Capped Garden Experience. Now that experience is back for the third year. Many of the attractions that Clevelanders have come to love will be back of course: the thousands of lights, the multitude of trees decorated by local garden clubs, and for the 19th year, the gingerbread house competition with approximately 100 houses created by bakeries and community members. Verglas, the holiday spirit, will welcome visitors in a space filled with lights and plants. Raine & Shine, spirits of the wet and dry seasons, will fill the glasshouse biomes paying tribute to the season in other parts of the world. There will be an expanded kids' play zone and the outdoor garden will be lit up with holiday displays. There will be belly-warming food and drink available in the Garden Café. Frost also features a variety of special activities during its six-week run including love performers on Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons by local musicians, marshmallow roasting and events such as Krampusnacht and meetings with Santa. CBG will be open until 9pm Thursday-Saturday. Advance tickets are required.
