About this event
This class follows the design of a traditional ballet class. Exercises are developed with an anatomical lens and derived from the facilitators experience while prioritizing safety and consent in the room. Please wear clothing you feel willing and able to move in and either socks or ballet shoes. Exercises start at the barre and then move away and incorporate the whole body in a progressive fashion.
