Psycle Mobility - Total Body Reset

About this event

Join Maria Zemen for a Psycle Mobility class that will focus on decompressing your spine, shoulders, and hips while opening up your muscles to full ranges of movement. This class starts with dynamic stretching that decompresses your joints, then moves into a mobility strength work and finishes with a restorative stretch and roller work to release tension in the body. This class will provide clients with specific mobility moves to practice at home so you can continue to improve your range of motion. You will leave feeling 10x better than when you walked in.
