(CLE) Aerial Hammock Level 1

About this event

Aerial hammock uses one continuous piece of fabric, or "silk" that connects from the ceiling, creating a hammock. This class will help increase flexibility, stability and confidence! Max weight on the hammocks is 396. Please wear long pants and long sleeves preferred for beginners. ABSOLUTELY NO JEWELRY, VELCRO OR ZIPPERS PERMITTED. Body oil and fragrances are also prohibited. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. For the safety of our clients, new students are not permitted entry 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. All other clients are not permitted entry 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Minimum age 16yrs old.
