( Elvis' 5th movie - and his first movie after his Army discharge!)

Released by Paramount Pictures in 1960, G.I. BLUES tells the musical tale of Tulsa (Presley), a singing G.I stationed in West Germany who dreams of opening his own club when he gets out of the service. He has very little money, though, so he makes a large bet with fellow serviceman Dynamite--Tulsa must spend the night with beautiful and hard-to-get dancer, Lili (Juliet Prowse). Songs include "Frankfort Special", Wooden Heart", "Shopping Around", "Pocketful of Rainbows", and others!

In addition to Elvis, the movie co-stars Juliet Prowse, Robert Ivers, Leticia Roman, Arch Johnson, Jeremy Slate, and others.
