Mirror and Ink - Monthly Journaling Group - October Review

I am excited to introduce Mirror and Ink , a new writing and journaling based gathering beginning in January. This group is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their inner work through the written word, build a consistent journaling practice, and experience a supportive space where reflection, clarity, and personal growth can unfold naturally. Mirror and Ink is a place for honesty, creativity, and gentle exploration, whether your pages are light, heavy, or somewhere in between.

Here is how Mirror and Ink will work.

• Members will journal throughout the month at their own pace. Entries can be short, long, emotional, peaceful, messy, or structured. There is no required format or expectation for perfection.

• During the first week of the following month, we will gather to ground, reflect, and explore the themes and experiences that shaped the previous month.

• During our gathering, members will receive a random date from their own journal as a prompt for reflection. Sharing is completely optional. If you prefer not to share, you can simply listen, participate in the discussion, and hold space for others in whatever way feels comfortable.

• Our conversations will focus on emotional awareness, personal insight, shadow work, behavioral pattern recognition, and the deeper layers that writing often reveals. Mirror and Ink is not a performance space. It is a safe, supportive environment for discovery, growth, and connection.

You do not need to be a skilled writer to be part of this group. Mirror and Ink is for anyone who wants a space to look inward, express their truth, and feel supported throughout their process. Some months may feel calm. Others may feel heavier or more transformative. All of it is welcome, and all of it has value.

We will begin with a Zoom introduction meeting on Saturday, December 27 at 6pm , where we will go over the structure and flow of Mirror and Ink, answer questions, and help you prepare for January’s journaling.

Our first in person meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 4 , from 6 to 8pm at the Rocky River office. This session will be dedicated to reflecting on and working through your January journals together. We will meet again every first Wednesday of each following month , continuing the same rhythm of writing, reflection, and shared insight.

The cost for Mirror and Ink is twenty five dollars per meeting . If you would like to join for the full year, you can reserve your spot at a discounted rate of two hundred seventy five dollars .
