About this event

This class in a non-pole class constructed to condition floor inverts for students of all levels. Students will be taken through a structured warm-up, focusing on wrists, shoulders, compression and active flexibility. Your instructor will coach you through a variety of floor inversions, from shoulder stand to plow to crow, headstands and handstands galore. No inversion experience required. Props will be provided, but you may bring yoga blocks if you wish.
