About this event
All Levels Aerial Silks is a 75-minute class welcoming beginners through experienced aerialists alike! Students learn to climb, wrap, and pose on long fabric silks suspended from the ceiling while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The instructor offers progressions and modifications so newcomers can learn foundational skills safely while more advanced students refine technique and transitions. Class typically includes a warm-up, conditioning exercises, skill instruction, and time to practice sequences on the silks.
