(CLE) Elementary & Up Static Pole (PRE-REQUISITES REQUIRED)

About this event

This pole class will introduce you to the basics of static pole, including but not limited to creating momentum around the static pole, rotations, different low-flow and inverted transitions, tricks and combos that flow seamlessly without the pole spinning. This class is suitable for Elementary & up with progressions and regressions for those that have some pole experience. Must be cleared by EDP Staff before signing up. Pre-Reqs: (To attend this class you must already be able to) Pirouettes and variations of Pirouettes Sit and variations of Sits Corkscrew Front Hook & Back Hook Basic Grips, Body Terms (inside/outside etc), and Concepts Firm comprehension of names of moves Proper engagement and technique in moves, including body alignment, control, awareness, efficient use of movement pattern and strength Proper control of body and pole
