Center Valley Park Ruck

About this event

Join us for a 2+ mile walk at a beautiful local park. I recommend adding weight to your walk however you can. Whether that be a ruck-pack or simply a backpack with cornhole bags in it (my simple method), the weight will help elevate your heartrate to make the walk more challenging. No weight is needed! The ruck typically lasts about an hour and is fit for any fitness level. The amount of weight you add will determine your individual challenge.

The main goal of this group is community and conversation in an active setting. We had a great group of guys show up to the first evet and all are excited for this event.
