About this event

Strap on those heels and let's have some fun! In this class, you will learn the absolute basics of heelwork, from walking, gliding, sliding, to classic pole moves remixed with heel technique. Different topics will be covered from week to week, often with some mini-combos and choreography to start implementing what you learn, as well as time to freestyle. Heels required. Must be Elementary level to attend.
