Destination Moon: How Artemis is Launching a New Age in Space Exploration

About this event

Join Cleveland West Shore Delta Gamma alumnae chapter and fellow Delta Gamma and Westlake resident Leah Struchen Deans, a NASA Engineer, for a presentation on NASA’s lofty program to return to the moon and land humans on the lunar South Pole. Leah has served in the Mission Control Center in Houston for Artemis II where she had a front seat to history. She will share her experiences and perspective on the future, including the Artemis III, IV and V missions and how they promise to bring the world together. At the conclusion of the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to tour the Space Exploration Center housed within the Westlake Porter Library.
