If you own a home in Cuyahoga County, your tax bill is likely headed up. Issues 10 and 11 each had more than 60 percent in unofficial results Wednesday morning. In the early count, Issue 10 had 65% and Issue 11 had 63%, before Election Day ballots were tallied.

Both levies led early, and officials warned of cuts

Issue 10 funds the Board of Developmental Disabilities. Issue 11 funds senior services, homeless programs, child protective services, addiction treatment and support for MetroHealth. County Executive Chris Ronayne has said HHS-funded departments would need to cut at least 8% next year without the money.

Issue 11 costs a bit more and raises more than Issue 10
