Jen’s class offers all the benefits of regular yoga in a slower, more comfortable pace through yoga poses (asanas) with gradual, slower-paced transitions, added breath work, meditation, and relaxation. The classes are upbeat and fun and always leading from the heart. Jen teaches students of all ages to feel calm, centered, empowered, and confident. Jen- YTT 200 Certified
